Wasabi Tuna Salad

This tuna salad was brought to our potluck for Mom's 96th birthday celebration. It was made by my niece, Phoebe. I really enjoyed it so have to share. The image of the wasabi is from Flickr by Amarand Agasi. Thanks for that as I forgot to take a photo of the actual dish of salad. The quantities, when not given, are up to you.

Wasabi Tuna Salad from Phoebe

1T wasabi mayo

1 T lemon juice

¼ t dry mustard

1 t dill dried dill

¼ t ground black pepper

The white part of 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped up.

Some red onion, celery, & carrot, chopped up.

2 small cans of tuna (or more) well drained.

Mayo (Heart Beat or Vegenaise or which ever brand you like)

Mix together the first  group of ingredients. Add the egg whites and the

Chopped veggies. Mix in additional mayo to moisten as much as you like. You can vary the quantities of veggies. Add more pepper, and salt to taste.
